All India Minority Entrepreneurs Association is a not-for-profit organisation registered as section 8 company under Company Act 2013. The association is established by thought leaders with an objective to provide a common platform to minority entrepreneurs for the exchange of knowledge, network connect for the entrepreneur development, policy advocacy, and business services to startups and MSMEs. AIMEA aims to provide an equal opportunity to the minority community for the inclusive growth of BHARAT through promoting and nurturing startups and MSMEs.
The AIMEA follows the given structure to make the organisation transparent, responsible and impactful.
National Executive Council members: The NEC membership will be granted for 5 years by paying one time membership fee of INR xx to selected people. They will provide strategic leadership and execution role for running the organisation. All members will have equal rights for passing strategic decision of the organisation. Initially, NEC members will not be paid any honorarium for 5 years. However, post 5 years an honorarium mechanism will be developed and implemented.
i. Overall Strategic direction, management and execution
ii. Attending all NEC meeting (offline / online)
iii. Adding members, partners and corporates
iv. NEC members may also become State Chapter Head
v. Raising fund for the organisation
State Chapter Head: A State chapter head is the very critical position and he /she will be developing the state chapter and heading the state chapter committee. He /She will be revenue sharing partner of the organisation.
Roles and responsibility of State Chapter Head;
i. Selection & formation of State team
ii. Adding members from the state
iii. Execution of program / project at state leve
iv. Conduct of awareness camp, road shows and other activities
v. Raising fund for the state level execution of the program
vi. Building a line of services for local entrepreneurs to generate revenue
